General Policies

Damage due to Shipping:    We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Photos may be required. All shipping materials must be kept until the claim has been resolved by shipping carrier.  USPS does require items and boxing to be handed over to the post office for inspection or claims cannot be paid. 

There is a re-stocking fee charged for items returned . There is a 3% surcharge on payments made by check. Checks must clear our bank before the order will be shipped. (5-10) business days.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $4.00 per item.

One Gift Card is available per order for a charge of $2.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Wisconsin residents will be charged state and county taxes.Sales Tax Notice: We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to Wisconsin, but you are required to report this purchase for Use Tax if shipping elsewhere. Please consult your tax professional for guidance.

We accept Visa, MasterCard,  and PayPal.

Order Cancellation Policies

If item is cancelled after item has been shipped there will be a re-stocking fee charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
