.Native Dancer raced from 1952-1954, and earned high accolades each year: 1952 U.S. Champion Two-Year Old Colt, 1953 U.S. Champion Three-Year Old Colt , and 1954 Horse of the Year. He won 21 races of his 22-race career, including the 1953 Preakness and Belmont Stakes. He went on to become one of the greatest sires in Thoroughbred racing history.
