Return Policy

Please call first  (715) 386-6539 or submit the Return Authorization Request Form. Then, items are returnable within 10 days of receipt as long as items are in the original box and in the condition in which they had been shipped from our store. If item or items are removed or damaged upon their return you will be issued a partial credit only. Restocking Fees May Apply. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We must be notified with in three business days of any postal, Fed Ex or UPS damage claims. UPS shipments are insured. If your item is shipped USPS insurance is additional. We are not responsible for damage done during the shipping process. Keep all original boxing for claims. Items must stay with the original boxing (including shipping label) for any UPS or Postal claims. Claims can't be processed without original boxing and packing material.
