General Policies
There is a re-stocking fee charged for items returned Not due to damage. There is a 3% surcharge on payments made by check. Checks must clear our bank before the order will be shipped. (5-10) business days.

» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges. |

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected
items for a charge $4.00 per item.
One Gift Card is available per order for a charge of $2.

Order Cancellation Policies
If item is cancelled after item has been shipped there will be a re-stocking fee charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We have no warrenties.
Return Policies
Please call first! 715-386-6539 Then,items are returnable within 10 days of receipt as long as items are in the original box and in the condition in which they had been shipped from our store. If item or items are removed or damaged upon their return you will be issued a partial credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable.We must be notified with in three business days of any postal or UPS damage claims. UPS shipments are insured. If your item is shipped USPS insurance is additional. We are not responsible for damage done during the shipping process. Keep all original boxing for claims. Items must stay with the original boxing (including shipping lable) for any UPS or Postal claims. Claims can't be processed without original boxing and packing material.
